Working Student-HR Solutions

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a dynamic, motivated Working Student, you'll be part of our HR Solutions team, which is responsible for digitalization and HR process optimization.

In the context of current HR projects (focusing on digitalization), you'll support the continuous development and harmonization of our internal processes. Together with the team and other HR departments, you'll develop a collaborative process wiki and contribute new ideas and impulses. For the implementation of a new document management tool, you'll assist in every phase of the project, concentrating on the optimization of template and data migration. Furthermore, you'll support the team in carrying out regular data checks.

You have a communicative and outgoing personality, in addition to a structured, independent work style and strong team skills.

You enjoy working on innovative HR topics using collaborative digital tools (e.g., Trello, SharePoint, Slack, and Miro).

You are highly motivated and perform your assigned tasks independently and with strong dedication.

You enjoy getting to know new, complex contexts and thinking analytically.

Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you.

You are conscientious and reliable, and impress others with your organized work style, including in regard to repetitive tasks.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You are enrolled as a student, ideally with a business, social science, or humanities major, and are highly interested in HR-related topics and digitalization/process optimization.

You have completed internships or gained some initial practical experience in a service-oriented field.

You work highly proficiently in MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint); VBA skills are a plus.

* Very good command of German and English completes your profile.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the Center of Expertise HR Solutions and work with others from all HR teams and the Finance department. The team's collaboration is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
