For our team in Munich, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) starting as early as January 2025 in the area of Knowledge Management and Proposal Management:

What will you be working on?

• Support knowledge management by maintaining and developing our knowledge databases
• Assist in the creation and updating of proposal documents and presentations
• Research and prepare information to support the consulting process
• Collaborate with various teams to share knowledge and best practices
• Support administrative tasks and project management

We are looking for people who:

• Are available for up to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours during semester breaks
• Are currently studying for their master’s degree in economics, business administration, international management, or a comparable field
• Are curious about our Scandinavian culture with flat hierarchies and lots of autonomy
• Have an affinity for people-oriented business and service-oriented work, with an interest in gaining insights into knowledge and proposal management
• Are reliable and possess strong communication skills, with an open and approachable manner
• Enjoy working both in a team and independently
• Are analytical thinkers, structured, organised, and fluent in German (C2) and English
• Are proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Copilot
