Purpose


The Workplace Experience Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, engaging, productive, and unique work environment. This role focuses on enhancing the company culture and overall employee experience by managing office amenities, coordinating fun events, and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsabilities


  • Office Environment:

  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, fun, comfortable, and conducive to team interaction and productivity
  • Oversee the design and layout of office spaces to optimize functionality and aesthetics
  • Manage office amenities, including food & beverages, kitchen supplies, lounge areas, and recreational facilities

  • Culture & Communication:

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values and mission
  • Organize fun and inclusive activities including social events, team-building activities, and wellness programs
  • Develop and maintain novel, interesting, and engaging internal communication channels

  • Event & Facilities Management:

  • Manage event budgets and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and other services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Technology and Tools:

  • Implement and manage technology solutions that enhance the workplace experience, such as collaboration tools and office management software
  • Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or improvements

Position Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager, in a startup environment
  • Ability to foster a fun, creative, positive, and inclusive work environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker who generates and builds on ideas when interacting with team members
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
