As we continue to grow, we are in search of a YouTube Optimization Coordinator to join our talented team and help shape the future of digital content.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate for the YouTube Optimization Coordinator role is a passionate viewer of digital media and a budding expert in video analytics looking to develop their skills as a programming strategist. They possess strong time management skills, the ability to operate independently, organize their time to ensure internal and external deadlines are met, can maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels of the company, and follow through as necessary to position all video releases for success.

This position is full-time and will report directly into the SVP, Strategy & Audience Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day publishing operations of multiple YouTube channels for Little Monster clients including but not limited to video uploading, video optimization, thumbnail coordination, keyword research, and scheduling, while adhering by YouTube best practices.
• Adopt the voice of various clients in text copy for client videos, community posts, and other text features.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers to identify thumbnail asset needs and oversee design requests.
• Monitor daily video performance and liaise with stakeholders as needed.
• Assist the LM Department Head with regular performance reporting and presentation of said reporting to key stakeholders.
• Support library optimization projects in collaboration with LM Strategy team, ensuring back library content is optimized to current channel standards.
• Write and edit optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords to align with best practices.
• Conduct keyword research to stay up to date on platform developments and trends.
• Manage community tab and comment sections as assigned, including but not limited to comment responses and comment moderation.
• Leverage tools such as VidIQ, Tubebuddy, and Tubular labs for evaluation of content performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Uphold Electric Monster's ethics and values while performing duties.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of YouTube channel management experience.
• 3+ years experience working directly with customers or clients.
• Knowledge of VidIQ, Tubbuddy, and Tubular labs.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, and can easily pick up on other project management software utilized by the team e.g. Airtable, Monday, etc
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail, administrative skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Preferred Requirements

• Photoshop experience is a plus.
• YouTube Certified applicants preferred.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish.

Base Salary: $50,000.00/Yr
