Engineering or equivalent degree from accredited college or university<li> <li>Expertise in <strong>AutoCAD and Bluebeam software<strong> with at least 6 years of experience in design of distribution circuits and creating drawings<li> <li>6+ years of relevant experience including both engineering and management aspects of projects related to distribution andor transmission circuits<li> <li>Experience with overhead and underground electric supply and communications lines and applications such as ANSI Standards and NESC rules<li> <li>State of California registered Professional <li>Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects andor programs with high quality on schedule and within scope and budget<li> <li>Project and client management experience including management of multiple projects of significant scope and complexity<li> <li>Project Management Professional PMP certification<li> <li>Experience with regional and national utilities independent system operators ISOs and regulatory agencies<li> <li>Working knowledge of GO95 and GO128 standards<li> <li>Working knowledge of Federal State and local laws codes ordinances regulations and policies pertaining to
