Required background includes a completed degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on energy technology (Bachelor or Master) or a Technician with experience in the medium voltage area. Preferred are initial experiences in the calculation of electrical machines and familiarity with simulation tools (Finite Element Method) software. Strong technical affinity, combined with a business-oriented mindset, is essential, along with analytical and problem-solving skills, self-reliance, structured and solution-oriented work approach, quick comprehension, fluency in German and good English skills.
