The role also involves ensuring the domain is functional and effective for the global engineering team, cooperating with factories and global functions during pilot projects, assisting with technology transfer projects, supporting the product platform with the creation of new and updating existing technical standards, methods, and reports, providing technology and technical training to designers, and offering expertise support to engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have a successful study in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of significant professional experience in designing electrical machines, preferably with experience in transformer design within power transformer technology, especially railway and rectifier transformers. Skills in field simulations, project management experience, and design tools owner competencies within Agile methodology are advantageous. The role requires willingness to work in a remote and diverse environment, willingness to travel to factories when needed, good communication and presentation skills, fluent English, and experience with writing technical papers and/or reports.
