our Boston MA office focused on production of competitive proposals across our various service offerings Marketing staff are integral members of our team The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable expert in InDesign utilizing their skillset daily to consistently produce project proposals that win over new clients In this position youll be expected to stay on top of tiny details to ensure the seamless and successful completion of projects<p> <p>Your Responsibilities<p> <ul><li>Adhere to internal project workflows coordinating with marketing team members to ensure proposal content is executed within established timeframes without error<li> <li>Utilize InDesign to create and update staff resumes project portfolio pages and projectapproach layouts for inclusion in proposal packages while adhering to brand standards<li> <li>Coordinate and assist the team daily to provide clarity on status of final proposal deliverables<li> <li>Develop a strong indepth knowledge of the firms
