Additionally, it develops and manages OPEX budget for all maintenance operations on Sanha FPSO, projects and implements cost control processes to fully comply with these budgets and align with SASBU expectations, prepares labor forecasts to support short-term and projected organizational needs, and ensures full utilization of maintenance workforce. It manages long-term regular contracts for technical support and equipment repair, plans and directs a HES maintenance program including safety training, behavior-based safety, compliance audits, root cause analysis, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role demonstrates full leadership behaviors, particularly with visibility in workplaces to support operational discipline, recognition of safety standard and process improvements, and immediate intervention to ensure compliance.
