The successful candidate will also document these activities, prioritize the cleaning and sterilization sequence of equipment in coordination with downstream departments, differentiate equipment parts for manual or automated cleaning, disassemble production equipment, perform manual cleaning according to SOPs, and carry out machine cleaning according to validated loading and cleaning programs. Other responsibilities include assembling production equipment, autoclaving or sterilizing equipment according to SOPs and validated loading programs, checking protocol and scribe records, conducting automated pressure retention tests, labeling equipment with usage duration, entering data in equipment companion documents, conducting simple maintenance tasks, recognizing and reporting anomalies in systems to supervisors, and contributing to their resolution. The role requires 18 months of training, initiative, responsibility, team orientation, and willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends and holidays.
