The individual will use information from plans, manuals, work instructions, etc., for equipment configuration and operation parameters. They will document and follow up on necessary reports or information for preventive maintenance (TPM) of the area. The individual will ensure that the equipment under their responsibility meets established safety and Lean standards. They will identify and perform preventive, corrective, or replacement maintenance on fixtures, electrodes, and machines. They will also perform component neumatic maintenance, contact points, machine drainage, holders, and safety guards. The individual will analyze equipment failures and repair them, focusing on equipment inputs (energy, air, water), regulation and distribution devices (valves, filters, hoses, sensors), and electromechanical components from the secondary of the transformer (holders, plates, cylinders, etc.). They will complete assigned service requests according to Faciliworks and apply lockout-tagout procedures in all processes requiring repair of machinery. The job requires a technical vocational degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic areas, with at least 1 year of experience as a Welding Set Up or machine adjustment in industrial processes. Basic English and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
