They must also follow 5S within their work area, detect safety risks, preserve materials in the receiving area, ramps, and locations, and always wear personal protective equipment. They are required to attend all safety, health, and environmental training, comply with 5S/MESH requirements, and uphold Eaton's safety and policy standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferably warehouse), basic knowledge of cyclical counts and production order fulfillment, basic PC skills (Microsoft Office), basic SAP knowledge (preferably), and a 'fit' test result.
