The ideal candidate will have a completed degree (preferably Master/Diplom) with relevant 3-year work experience or equivalent vocational training (Bachelor or PTA, MTA, BTA) with relevant 5-year work experience in protein biochemistry and cell biology with basic management skills. Practical experience and knowledge in protein expression, purification, and analysis in eukaryotic systems are required. Strong technical understanding and proficiency in automated production processes are necessary. The candidate should have experience in developing and implementing new methods and adapting existing process techniques. Fluency in German and English is required. The role involves structured work, team spirit, ability to motivate employees, decision-making skills, implementation and enforcement ability, communication skills, resilience, flexibility, and a high level of technical understanding. The position requires willingness to work on Saturdays, which is compensated.
