The position requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related STEM field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer processing. An advanced degree is preferred. The physical requirements include willingness to work in a cleanroom up to 30 hours per week. Special requirements include US citizenship and willingness to apply for a security clearance. The base salary range for this full-time position is $132,765 - $165,983 + bonus + benefits.
