Customer Quality Engineer with Moxion Power you will be responsible for providing support to Moxions customers across the globe While investigating customer complaints you will maintain good communication with customers document your findings and support identification of root cause corrective action You will monitor customer complaints and provide the voice of customer feedback to energy transformation of our lifetime<p> <p><br ><p> <p><b>What youll do<b> <p><ul><li>Manage customer quality requirements inquiries or issues as the frontline interface<li> <li>Lead and direct customer complaints to closure by gathering appropriate teams and problem solving using the tools such as 8Ds A3s per customer requirements<li> <li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management product engineering and manufacturing teams for characteristics that can become quality risks to the customer<li> <li>Drive and coordinate the investigations in close collaboration with field service representatives<li> <li>Visit customer locations for investigations and root cause identification<li> <li>Assist and complete other tasks as assigned<li> <li>Periodically review with key customers regarding quality performance<li> <li>Develop processes to manage customer complaints and close<li> <li>Lead cross functional problemsolving discussions utilizing industry standard problemsolving tools and processes<li> <li>Support periodic customer satisfaction survey report out<li> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction is a major driving force to improve quality<li> <li>Track key performance indicators analyze and report out<li> <ul><p><b>Skills to be successful<b> <p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline from and accredited university or college or equivalent experience<li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in product manufacturing engineering quality field service andor testing<li> <li>Knowledge of quality problem solving methods including but not limited to 5 whys fishbone diagrams FMEA pareto analysis SPC Lean manufacturing A3 Six Sigma<li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all business levels and functions of both internal Manufacturing and customer relations<li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 5 to 25<li> <li>Strong problemsolving skills supported by structured Root Cause analysis may include the following KepnerTregoe Triz Shainin etc<li> <li>Basic knowledge of GDampT Geometric Dimensioning amp Tolerancing<li>
