Power is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager for our Salt Production Facility in Albuquerque NM In this role you will be managing and leading a 247 operations team of operators to ensure safe commissioning startup and day to day operations <p> <p><strong>Responsibilities <strong><p> <ul><li>Lead and coach a team of 247 operators including shift management<li> <li>Coordinate with EHS Env Health Safety team to write Job Hazard Analyses for all complex hazardous work<li> <li>Lead and conducting PreJob briefs to various stakeholders<li> <li>Understand Hazards associated with the
