They collaborate with Compensation Team Lead to understand and implement processes focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of compensation processes. They identify service issues proactively, propose improvements, and lead or support the implementation of changes. They partner with CoE Reward team to share business demands and provide insights on potential resolutions. They leverage advance knowledge in Compensation Tools and recommend system improvements.
