and lead in the capability growth of the engineering team Support and develop Technical Area TA core competencies Support and contribute to knowledge base of internal and external best practices Lead benchmarking studies and contribute to the benchmark knowledgebase Propose and lead advanced development topics within the GTA Propose continuous improvement opportunities to level up team skills qualifications tools and processes Lead design proposals with setbased engineering principles Lead designs with 6 Sigma design principles Lead complex problem solving with cross functional teams Lead Monitoring amp Reporting<b><br >Employ technical expertise to lead the engineering development of one or more projects Lead and support the project teams engineering in achieving project objectives assigned to third parties Confirm OEM and magna project performance targets and assure the targets are achievable Confirm OEM and magna project cost and timing targets and assure the targets are
