growth by driving the retention and resurrection of neighbors on the platform leveraging our notification channels email push inapp notifications<li> <li>Break down ideas for product improvements into experiments that can be built and evaluated quickly<li> <li>Work crossfunctionally with engineering machine learning data science and design to ship delightful usercentered crossplatform experiences that build the fabric of local communities around the globe<li> <li>Guide all aspects of the product development lifecycle from strategy goalsetting research prototyping concept to interaction design to final QA and code tweaks right before launch<li> <li>Obsess over the operational performance of your product area from understanding the funnel proactively managing key metrics and actively searching for new growth opportunities<li> <ul><p><b><strong>What Youll Bring To The Team<strong><b> <p><ul><li>5+ years Product Management experience shipping great consumeroriented products in an agile environment preferably including work on social networks building social graphs follow or relational models<li> <li>Solid understanding of notification capabilities on mobile platforms both iOS and Android<li> <li>Proven ability to craft a portfolio of product improvement ideas and devise experiments to inform how youd prioritize the opportunities<li> <li>Ability to experiment and learn quickly and iterate on the user experience to provide value and growth for our users<li> <li>Deep analytical expertise and strong partner with data science willing and able to rollup sleeves and
