The compensation package includes base salary options with additional incentives, moving expenses, malpractice coverage, retirement plans, CERP program, bonus incentives, medical school loan repayment, residency stipend, sign-on bonus, and more. The practice is located in a new outpatient clinic on the hospital's main campus in Portsmouth, Ohio, with 7 physicians, 5 advanced practitioners, 10 clinical staff, and 9 clerical staff. The cardiologist will work 8a to 5p, Monday through Thursday, and 8a to 12 noon on Fridays, with a 1:3 weekend rotation and 1 night/week rotation. The cardiologist will handle 60 office visits/day during office weeks, 30-40 inpatient rounds/day, and 12-14 cath lab procedures/day.
