who led ERP teams through multiple fullcycle implementations with Public Sector customers <p> <p>As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice this seniorlevel consulting position <p> <ul><li>Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team<li> <li>Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements ensuring highly performant integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints<li> <li>Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry standard processes product knowledge and intuition for business<li> <li>Exercises judgment and discernment in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on nonroutine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations<li> <li>Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and optimally influences customer leadership on key decisions<li>
