The role, under the supervision of senior SME within the Food Safety Center of Excellence (FSCoE), involves supporting the design, deployment, and execution of PepsiCo food safety programs. This includes sanitation, hygienic design, food safety plan/HACCP, pathogen environmental monitoring, water reuse, and more.
