This role involves providing significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of various tower components, including platforms, databases, middleware, and backup systems. The role also encompasses managing day-to-day operations, leading structural design, conducting technology capacity planning, and strategizing disaster recovery plans. The individual will also be responsible for managing upgradations, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration functions. Team management duties include resourcing, forecasting talent requirements, hiring, training, and performance management. Stakeholder interaction involves internal technology solutions groups, BU teams, different infrastructure teams, IRMC, QA, external clients, and vendors/manufacturers.
