Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As the CHRO for Riiid Labs, you will be responsible for developing and executing global human resource strategy that aligns with the vision of our growing international business. As part of the executive management team, you’ll work directly with other executives and the board of directors, and will influence employee experience throughout the company.  

 

You’ll have the opportunity to manage a growing team of HR professionals in support of your strategic goals. You’re a seasoned global leader, and will use your experience managing diverse employee populations to work effectively across borders, languages, cultures and working conditions. 

 

This is a full-time remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
