Description and Requirements
岗位职责 :
1. 课程设计开发:根据联想消费业务需求,进行深入的客户洞察和行业分析,设计并开发适合门店的培训课程体系,包括与总部和服务商、零售商深入沟通,调查培训需求,设计和开发产品(PC/手机/平板和各类IOT产品及应用软件等)、销售技巧各类内训课程,编写培训建议书和修订培训计划等,赋能门店和合作伙伴销售提升。
2. 集中和到店授课:传承联想品牌和企业文化,对合作伙伴和客户进行产品知识培训和宣讲,并解答疑问,保证各项授课课时达到指标,实现培训目标和助力门店经营绩效。
3. 培训组织与协调:组织所在区域的培训落地工作,承接总部线上、线下培训任务和计划。
4. 创新与改进:根据业务模式发展实际情况,创新多元化培训形式,助力于培训体系和培训模式的建设。
岗位要求:
1. 教育背景:需具备全日制大学本科及以上学历,计算机、微电子等相关专业优先。
2. 专业技能:需对零售领域全链路工作有深入了解,有深入的客户洞察分析能力,对行业市场动态和产品高度敏感,具备3C类产品的培训计划制定、课程设计、教学方法等方面的专业技能。
3. 从业经验:具有3年以上3C行业头部厂商的零售终端培训和销售经验,包括但不限于产品培训、销售技能培训和管理培训等,有成功的门店业绩倍增和提效实战项目履历者优先。
4. 具备良好的沟通和组织能力,强烈的自我驱动力和学习力,能够快速掌握新知识、新技能,能够独立完成培训任务,并对培训效果进行持续评估和精进。
5. 热爱培训赋能工作,对提升销售体系技能和公司业务发展有强烈的责任感和使命感。
