Description and Requirements

岗位描述：
1、 负责联想互联网软件产品及AI产品运营工作，设计和监控运营指标，保障产品运营团队日常运营工作和项目稳定运行。
2、 以产品用户增长为目的，负责策划各种增长策略和线上活动，持续对产品运营数据进行跟踪，对策略和活动的日常数据进行分析和评估，根据运营数据分析报告制定和调整产品增长及运营改进策略，并对执行结果负责。
3、 为产品体验负责，对所有影响用户行为和使用体验的方面进行监控，定期进行产品体验评估并及时输出相关报告，将获得的数据和分析结果反馈相关部门，积极有效地推动活动和产品改进。
4、 分析竞争对手，定期输出竞品分析报告，并根据分析结果提出产品改进方案，定期收集整理产品优化需求，提出解决方案，并协调推进开发上线，提升用户体验及转化。
5、 参与产品设计及开发的讨论，与产品和技术人员保持沟通直至产品上线。

任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网行业产品运营相关经验，有工具产品运营经验优先
2、 对互联网产品有很强的敏锐度，对AI应用产品有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入学习和探索
3、 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、学习创新能力、数据分析能力和语言表达能力
4、 善于协调内外部资源，善于沟通，善于倾听，爱思考
