Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、负责数据备份与恢复软件开发;
2、根据功能说明完成模块级的软件设计;
3、C/C++子模块的开发、部署以及单元、集成测试。
4、进行数据预处理的工具选型和流程制定。
5、使用RAG、微调等技术实现数据库和备份领域内的AI能力落地。
岗位要求
1、熟悉C/C++，具备良好的编程能力及工程能力
2、具有文件操作多线程、网络编程、数据库等开发经验
3、熟悉S3协议，了解minio/ceph存储，了解NDMP协议
4、具有存储、容灾备份行业经验者优先，整机备份与恢复、数据库复制与恢复、CDP、实时同步数据双活;
6、熟悉 Windows或 Linux内核开发经验者优先，块设备驱动、文件系统驱动等
7、具有很强的分析问题、解决问题的能力，能撰写相关技术文档，与团队成员保持良好的沟通和团队协作。
8、熟悉机器学习、深度学习的基本原理，特别是NLP领域的基础知识。
9、熟悉Transformer、GPT等深度学习模型的原理，具有训练或微调大模型的经验。
10、熟练掌握数据清洗、数据质量评估、数据标注等流程和常用工具。
11、精通Python编程语言，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架。
12、熟悉向量数据库或者图数据库中的一种。
