Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1、深刻理解云计算相关方案及产品规划，推动协同内外部、上下游团队完成方案规划、梳理和设计；

2、参与售前支持工作，包括私有云整体规划方案和产品的宣讲，与客户的技术交流和需求分析，以及解决方案的设计和撰写；

3、理解并跟踪项目实施过程中的技术问题，保障项目顺利进行；顺畅衔接研发与客户之间的技术对接，深刻理解并快速响应客户的业务及技术需求；

4、 IT方案知识库建设及相关文档积累 。

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

2、1~3年云计算领域工作经验。具有如下三个领域经验之一：(1)云迁移/部署/实施相关经验，(2)大型企业迁移上云/架构设计经验，(3)云原生领域相关经验；对云安全产品有实施经验者优先考虑；熟悉主流公有云平台者优先考虑；

3、具备良好的沟通表达能力，可以与客户、前端团队建立高效且准确的交流；优秀的书面文字写作能力，能从宏观及微观面展示方案及产品优势；具备良好的团队协作能力，可以与团队成员共同攻克难题；

4、 具有较强的体系化、结构化思维能力，善于挖掘问题背后的本质；对业界的最新技术发展动态有比较密切的关注，有强烈的责任心及抗压能力；

5、可以接受出差，会粤语优先。
