Description and Requirements
工作内容：
1、负责混合云产品的质量保障工作；
2、参与产品需求和架构设计评审，评估需求和技术架构的合理性和可测性；
3、跟踪定位测试过程中发现的问题，与开发人员讨论问题解决方案。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。2年及以上客户端/服务端的测试开发经验。
2、熟悉测试理论和测试用例设计方法，能够独立根据需求设计测试用例，搭建测试环境、准备测试数据、执行测试并整理测试报告。
3、熟练编写python脚本。熟悉主流的开源的自动化和性能测试工具和框架。
4、工作认真细致，责任心强，有较好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作精神，能主动发现问题，推动项目持续改进。
5、有生成式AI相关开发、测试经验者优先。
