The Role
The Agora team is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to drive forward our business partnerships and increase our opportunities for growth. As our first Partnerships hire, you will work closely with our co-founders to drive, develop, and acquire new business for our growing portfolio of partnerships.

What you will do
🤝 Identify and prioritize new partners who can meet Agora’s objectives and vision
🤝 Create marketing collateral and presentations for business development initiatives
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and campaigns
🤝 Develop a broader business development strategy, including sourcing, pitching, and negotiating new strategic deals
🤝 Create partnership proposals, define partnership requirements, and develop value propositions
🤝 Help negotiate commercial terms and drive contractual agreements in coordination with legal counsel
🤝 Own the process of partnership onboarding, including build-out, documentation, and execution
🤝 Close larger sales deals, including documentation creation, pitches, and contract negotiation
