You will act as an Individual Contributor in the creative unit of the growth team, working hand in hand with organic, paid and product marketing. Your main responsibilities include ↓

Creative & Content Recycling ♻️

• Identifying opportunities for new content based on existing assets
• Creating new ad creative variations based on existing ads
• Turning pillar content (i.e Perspective Talks) into snippets by identifying valuable standalone parts

Creative Project Management 🧑🏼‍💻

• Providing and claiming feedback on created assets
• Planning video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
• Managing creators / customers / colleagues for creating needed video material

Video Marketing Material 🧱

• Editing and creating digital customer success content for product marketing
• Editing and creating video ad creatives for performance marketing
• Editing and creating organic video creatives for organic marketing
• Filming videos at our offsite events, like this one :)

Video Performance

• Identifying opportunities for increasing watch-time, conversion-rates, CTRs, and thumbstop-rates of video marketing material

• 📹 You bring 2+ years of experience in video editing
• 💻 You have great expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro to edit raw material into engaging ads and organic content
• 👾 You are experienced in CGI software such as Adobe After Effects to create motion-designs and video
• 👩🏼‍🎨 You have a great understanding of what engaging and enticing content or ads look like and you’re able to conceptualise and create them
• 📈 You follow which trends emerge in content & creative and successfully incorporate that into our creative strategy
• 🔍 You are able to identify opportunities for new content in existing material to create a consistent flow of engaging and enticing content or ads
• ⏳ You are accountable and reliable in project management to deliver or plan the creation of assets on time
• 👩🏽‍💻 You have experience in producing ads and content for a startup at high pace and output
• 🗯 You are fluent in English and speak German at a native level
