.Net Developer

Samsung SDSA is seeking a full-stack .Net Developer position is part of a team that creates and maintains small to medium-sized custom internal applications that supports the business and operations for our Austin Semiconductor location and our brand new state-of-the-art Semiconductor Fab in Taylor, TX.

This role will be working onsite 3 days a week, and 2 days from home. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential to live within 2 hours driving distance from Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:• Develop and support of existing applications written in .NET/C# (v1.1 to v7) on IIS (v6 to v10).• Administer and enhance the intranet for a user base of 5,000 engineers, technicians and other internal stakeholders.• Create properly-designed and normalized relational databases in SQL Server (2012 - 2022) with the appropriate security models, optimized stored procedures and indexes.• Design and develop web applications within a large intranet environment.• Maintain current, existing Intranet applications.• Enhance web applications with new technology.• Develop software solutions by understanding customer needs and process flow.• Keep to schedule following the software development life cycle.• Balance development and maintenance tasks.• Interface with customers throughout the software development life cycle.

Requirements• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required (Bachelor's preferred).• 5+ years of experience with: Visual Studio (2005 - 2022), C#, VB.NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server or Oracle database development.• Knowledge of or experience with ASP.NET MVC, AJAX, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL.
