.NET Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a .NET Developer with 5 years’ experience to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid, long-term contract opportunity in Newark, DE.

What You’ll Do

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, Telerik Controls, and Entity Framework to meet business requirements

• Manage and maintain existing software systems developed in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms and Entity Framework

• Design and maintain database structures, write complex queries, and utilize Entity Framework for efficient data storage and retrieval in SQL Server

• Leverage Typescript to enhance the functionality and interactivity of web applications

• Develop and integrate SSIS packages for ETL processes and create SSRS reports for data visualization and reporting

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software releases

• Conduct code reviews, refactor codebase, and optimize performance for scalability and efficiency

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing any software-related issues in a timely manner

• Work in Agile framework and providing estimates on user stories

• Interact with client to provide solutions

What You’ll Need

Required:

• 5+ years of working experience with .NET/C# Software Development

• 5+ years of experience of designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, Telerik Controls, and Entity Framework to meet business requirements 

• 5+ years of working experience managing and maintaining existing software systems developed in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms and Entity Framework

• 5+ years of working experience designing and maintaining database structures, write complex queries, and utilize Entity Framework for efficient data storage and retrieval in SQL Server

• 5+ years of experience working in Agile framework and providing estimates on user stories

• 5+ years of work experience developing and integrating SSIS packages for ETL processes and create SSRS reports for data visualization and reporting

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Good analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Solid interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team

• Ability to drive work to completion and escalate when necessary

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
