Cognizant is looking for a Tech Lead with .Net skill background & Insurity background resource:

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: • Candidate should be from DOT NET background. • The candidate must have hands-on experience on configuration and customization of policy decision product preferably Evolution version. • The candidate should have experience of working in insurance transformation program preferably in Policy Center. • Any experience of upgrade from older version Policy Decision to Evolution version would be preferred.

Language: .NET

Must have 9-13 years of experience with handling business requirements, elicitation, documentation, clarification with various stake holders etc., • Must have experience working in Agile methodology and well versed with various Agile ceremonies to participate • Must have experience with Insurance knowledge • Agile tools usage knowledge is necessary • Proven analytical background, Strong communication/interpersonal skills management and ensure quality of the services. • Act as the Cognizant Delivery team point of contact for the portfolio. • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect calls • Prepare performance dash boards & management rep. • Support Service Management / process related activities performed by the SMO with relevant delivery data. • Responsible for end to end services for the application cluster / portfolio being managed. • Plan, track, approve and maintain service effort on management information systems. • The following requirements are desired of a candidate • Understand and translate client and business needs into systems scope and objectives utilizing structured analysis and design techniques • Should have worked using a ticketing system and hands-on with the workflow from initiation and closure of a support ticket. • Should be hands-on in application maintenance using SQL, .NET, Adaptive Server Enterprise, Access is desirable. • Should be hands-on on with complex SQL queries and performance improvement techniques. • Should be hands-on on with application life cycle management, code promotion and release management. • Should be conversant on multiple application architectures and technologies. • Should have exposure to performance tuning, browser compatibility, scalability, security and infrastructure related considerations for application maintenance. • Exposure and work experience with other web/desktop platforms and automation frameworks would be an added advantage. • Ability to assist with writing stories / defects and helping to prioritize • Should have team and people management and skills besides excellent analytical and technical skills.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
