Job Description

Role: .NET Lead Developer with AWS

Duration: Long Term

Location: PA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee our .NET and ASP.NET MVC development projects while guiding our transition to cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET frameworks, ASP.NET web development, and cloud computing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying .NET and ASP.NET applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in .NET development and cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in .NET development, with expertise in ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• Previous experience working with Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
