ALTEN is looking for industrial process engineers specialized in lay-out to support industrialization phase for motor plant in Ramos Arizpe.

You will have to perform the following activities:

• Lay Out design & validation with AutoCad
• Process and Manufacturing engineering process development support
• Leading teams and share problem solving solutions
• Define acceptance procedures
• Identify and perform providers selection
• Engineering Change Request Management (Impacts analysys during ECR)
• Core Tool review and validation
• Ergonomic and HSE follow-up
• Equipment and Tools technical information management
• Follow up for Launch Projects

The job might be for you if you have the following skills:

• Industrial Engineering diploma or similar
• 3 to 8 years experience
• Lay-out design succesfull experience
• Core Tool management
• Autocad strong know-how
• Equipment and Tools technical information management
• Quick and effective communication habilities
• Collaborate with others and build effective teams
