Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced 01/02 Journeyman Electrician who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in solving problems for our customers. This is a service-based position, working in both residential and commercialsettings. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also mentoring and managing an apprentice. Responsibilities: • Complete assigned service calls in residential and commercial environments • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems efficiently and safely • Supervise, mentor, and guide an apprentice on service jobs • Take clear, organized photos of work completed • Order parts and materials for jobs as needed • Track and report hours per job accurately • Communicate professionally with customers and the office • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Perform other service-related tasks as required Qualifications: • Current Washington State 01 or 02 Journeyman Electrician license (required) • 3+ years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Experience mentoring or supervising apprentices • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: • Competitive pay (DOE) • Company vehicle for service work • Opportunities for overtime and varied work environments • Supportive, family-oriented team culture • Steady flow of diverse service projects Schedule: • Full-time, Monday–Friday • Occasional after-hours work as needed for emergencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Kent, WA 98031 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Kent, WA 98031: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
