DUTIES: Contribute to a team within the TPX Human Resources department, responsible for providing data-related support and analysis to HR business partners and leaders; build and maintain data flows using Alteryx to support team data analytics efforts; manipulate data using R; transform large, complex data into consumable databases and applications for self-service analytics and reporting; design advanced statistical sampling methodology, including stratified random sampling, for internal product trials and HR focus groups; create and augment data to support analysis; consult on the integrity and structure of Workday data; build dashboards and visualize data using Tableau; work with data modelers and analysts to solve business issues; and consult on talent challenges for the Comcast India Engineering Center.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience designing statistical sampling methodology; using Alteryx and Tableau; and structuring data; of which one (1) year includes using R
