#10191 - Oracle HRM Tester

Major Responsibilities:

Review requirements specifications and test requirement documents.

Write test scripts based on business requirements. End to End Testing

Write and execute test scripts

Understanding of entry and exit criteria.

Testing effort estimations.

Assigning priorities and severity codes

Understanding and executing traceability matrix

Execute Test Scripts, identify issues and bugs.

Log test performance and results in testing application.

Provide results back to test manager.

Participate in the build sprint(s) and SIT activities to ensure defects are triaged, tracked and dispositioned using the testing tools and methods.

Coordinating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution and lead defect triage meetings

Experience testing the Oracle HRM module

Requirements

Qualification

Have 5+ years of experience in Oracle and specifically Oracle HRM testing in Agile/Hybrid environment. (5 years in oracle overall)

Experience developing test artifacts such as Test Plans, Test Execution and creating test data is required

Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts

Experience leading testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution and lead defect triage meetings

Excellent communication skills required

Have hands on experience on writing manual tests, executing test runs, SIT & UAT test planning & execution
