The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients in a rural community, offering a full spectrum of gynecological services. As the sole GYN specialist, you will have the autonomy to build and shape the service line, supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of women's health issues. * Perform routine exams, including pelvic and breast exams, Pap smears, and other necessary screenings. * Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, menopause, infections, and other reproductive health concerns. * Perform gynecological surgeries as needed, including minimally invasive procedures. * Perform in-office procedures. * Provide patient education on topics such as contraception, sexual health, menopause management, and reproductive health. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. * Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. * Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote women's health. * Ensure adherence to best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and ethical standards in all aspects of care.
