This position allows one to enter a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality-driven provider team. Our Rural communities offer the ability for full-spectrum care, including OB work. Opportunities Available: - Family Medicine - Waupaca - Family Medicine - New London - Family Medicine Plainfield - Family Medicine - Wautoma - Family Medicine - Shawano - Family Medicine- Berlin Position Details: May vary slightly per location Full Time 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) or 36 patient contact hours (4 ½ days per week) Call is 1:11 weekends; and 1 weekday every third week.. The physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive, and innovative medical staff; including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and Registration support. The physician will work in a setting where growth and change are encouraged and expected.. The team includes dedicated physicians and passionate APCs. Various onsite services depending on the location The Physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive, and innovative medical staff, including Advanced Practice Clinicians and Medical Assistants. As part of Medical Group's delivery model, providers will offer same-day appointments, and a plan of care for the patient before they leave their appointment.
