Requirements

Must Haves:

• LoadRunner experience
• Drive the Current State Assessment for applications in scope
• Outline the Intake Process
• Define the RACI
• Define the levers for the Factory Model
• Prepare the Implementation Road Map
• Estimation of Flex Resourcing/Demand Supply Management
• Assess requests raised through intake process for performance scope
• Drive Production Performance Incident Analysis
