Nocturnist Physician - New Grads are welcome to apply

Embrace the rhythm of the night! We are looking for a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our dynamic team in the heart of Boston. This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of admissions and patient care with the opportunities for faculty and teaching appointments. New graduates and H1 visas are encouraged to apply.   Schedule: Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM Weekends: 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM Occasional extended shift until 7:30 AM One daytime weekend shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients) Average: 12 shifts/month Patient Load: 4-5 admissions per shift, Cross coverage: 30-40 patients   Team Structure: 9 Nocturnists per night, Sick call backup support   Compensation: New graduates: $265,000+ Salary increases based on years post-residency Full benefits package Requirements: MD/DO Degree Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Valid medical license in the state of Massachusetts. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program. Hospitalist Experience Preferred but not required.
