The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards for Digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.

- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.

- Define and document functional and technical specifications.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.

- Perform system testing to validate functionality and ensure quality.

- Provide support and training to end-users.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Technical background in Sud America (they have to work in the timezone of Brasil);

Good knowledge of JSON, SQL, XML
