Now is your chance to join a great company located in San Jose, CA. They are looking for Adult and Child Psychiatrist. Their mission is to provide intensive mental health to youth and their families.Compensation is guaranteed at $270,000 at 1.0 FTE for the first 6 months and based on productivity thereafter.  Potential to make over 300k.  Hybrid Schedule available .  State licensure, DEA and professional liability insurance (malpractice) covered.  Health, dental, life, vision for employees working 0.5 FTE or more.  Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.  Long-term disability insurance for employees working 0.8 FTE or more .  Professional membership (AACAP, APA, CPA) encouraged and reimbursed.  Annual Educational funds; eligible to use after 6 months.  Maternity leave policy commensurate with time worked.  San Jose is notable for its innovation, cultural diversity, affluence, and sunny and mild Mediterranean climate.   Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  CME time and money available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.  Retirement plan with employer match.
