Outpatient Only Psych Job in Hartford

A flagship behavioral health service line throughout CT is seeking a Psychiatrist committed to resident and medical student education to serve as a clinical leader for our inpatient services. The Psychiatrist will serve as a clinical leader for the unit and participate in patient care, resident supervision, and medical studHospital Employee, Outpatient only.  Assigned Call.   Annual Salary.  Collections-based production incentives.  EPIC in use for EMR.  The inpatient role provides consultative and follow-up care to patients transferred from any of the 7 acute care network hospitals.  Locations throughout CT, all multi-provider, most multi-specialty sites.  Competitive pay with ample PTO.  Full medical benefits, CME, 401k, insurance and ample PTO.  Provide the highest quality of psychiatric and substance use treatment.  Develop your leadership skills as the clinical leader for our multidisciplinary treatment team, with additional opportunities for mentorship from department and network leadership.   Academic Opportunities: Serve as faculty for our new psychiatry residency program with dedicated academic time.   Work / life balance: A Monday through Friday schedule with no required on-call after hours.  Additional compensation opportunities through voluntary night/weekend moonlighting if desired.
