Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon - Berlin & Ocean City, MD (Permanent Role) Location: Berlin & Ocean City, MD Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $600,000 - $650,000 Base Salary Plus Production (wRVU), $50,000 Commencement Bonus Job Description: We are seeking a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Total Joint procedures to join our team in a not-for-profit hospital located in the vibrant communities of Ocean City and Berlin, MD. This position offers access to cutting-edge surgical technology, including Mako SmartRobotics and CORI Surgical System, supporting a high standard of care. Responsibilities include maintaining 10 days of ED call per month, ensuring a balanced workload and excellent work/life harmony. Position Highlights: Paid relocation assistance.
