Job Description: Join a unique practice run by physicians for physicians in the exciting greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, family physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in our community health centers The expectations of all our physicians are to embrace the mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service. Join a an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers includingFamily Medicine services. The system primarily serves a safety-net population and offers a full scope clinical practice and teaching opportunities. The position includes employmenta 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services. Group is also a founding partner of theCreighton University Arizona Health Education Alliancewhich aims to increase the number of physicians and other health professionals in Arizona by improving and expanding current health education programs. The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF). Qualifications: Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, Valid Arizona license Board-certified or Board eligible.
