ALTEN Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Architect to join our team. The Process Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes for our clients.

He determines the welding process architecture for projects within his scope (Underbody, Upperbody, or Master Plant Factory). His role impacts partner plants globally, focusing on both processes and products. He analyzes launch assumptions, develops processes or master plans, and proposes optimizations. He ensures the best process or master plan from the Welding Engineering Department and handles decisions on product/process feasibility, body shop plans, and industrial investments.

Responsibilities:

•Analyze initial industrial assumptions of the Strategic Plan and Product hypothesis: (Catch product datas and analyze their impact on bodyshops).

•Offer product optimizations (Pilot Product robustness management)

•Enforce technical referentials: (Inform welding engineering team, Program process solutions quotes).

•Guaranty convergence of Investment: (Promote the reuse and leveraging of solutions by actively participating in it and Realize cost of solutions, workers, investments, surfaces.

•Monitor and update master plans:

•Participate in the evolution of Technical Referentials : (Do project feedback and Propose argumentative developments of the process.)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering in Automotive, no projects just internships will be considerd.
• Advanced or advanced intermediate English, able to communicate fluently at a technical level, with the ability to interpret and write documentation.

IS A MUST

• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing and Process

• Experience in Design of process (BMF - Business Model Framework or BOM - Bill of Materials)

• Experience in Body in White and Body in Shop

• Knowledge in Regulations and Standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF or any other automotive regulations)

• Teamcenter and AUTOCAD experience

IS A PLUS

• Experience in Project Management

• Welding process knowledge needed

• Knowledge Continous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, Kaizen and 5´s)

• Data Analysis
