Racine, WI Hospitalist Opening Available - No Call - Loan Forgiveness

Due to growing and thriving community needs, this hospital in Wisconsin has multiple exciting opportunities for Internal Medicine-trained Hospitalists. This position offers a 24/7 model with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule. The daily census ranges from 14-18 patients, including admissions and follow-ups. There are seven providers on during the day and two providers on at night (all 12-hour shifts), with a designated Nocturnist team that covers nights. Closed ICU with a strong intensivist supportHospital Employee, Inpatient only.  7 on/7 off days Block schedule days.  No Call.  Loan Forgiveness possible.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  Retirement plan provided.  No Procedures Required.  Team-based approach with no call schedule .  Great working relationship with Emergency Department providers and other specialists.  Highly competitive compensation package with generous benefits and a lucrative retirement plan.  Ability to do procedures if desired.  Anesthesia and Surgery available for central line placement.  Respiratory therapy or Anesthesia available for intubations.  350 licensed beds.  Nocturnist positions or extra shifts are also available if desired.  Patient draw area of 250,000.  Growth-oriented, family-oriented community.
